Another great aspect of the Junction City Community is Milford State Lake which not only attracts many tourists to our area, but provides a great place for our citizens to get away to enjoy, fishing, boating, camping, etc. Milford Lake is Kansas’ Largest lake with more than 160 miles of shoreline. Check out Acorns Resort Cabins and RV Campground. This is the newest addition to Milford Lake’s amenities.
One of Junction City’s charming features is the Farmer’s Market on the Eight Street Plaza open Wednesdays and Saturdays during the peak season. I shop here frequently and love the fresh produce.
Junction City Little Theater is another charming aspect of Junction City but more on this later.
